We're Cathy and Lynn and have been best friends pretty much since the start of our friendship, after we both moved to London in 2005.
While we now live on separate continents, the friendship and partnership is still as strong as ever! Some things are just meant to last...much like gemstones!
Our Story
Our jewelry journey started with a pair of turquoise earrings that Lynn owned, and I (Cathy) coveted and thus borrowed...frequently. By chance, I wandered into a craft store that sold beading supplies and tools, where I discovered some loose turquoise stones that resembled the ones in Lynn’s earrings. So I asked the sales person what I needed to make earrings, then bought the stones, metal fittings and tools and made them that evening. I loved doing it so much, that I went back the next day to buy more stones.
I showed Lynn the results and we were both hooked on creating jewelry from that point on! It took some time to hone our beading and wire wrapping skills (it’s not as easy as it looks) so thank goodness for online videos!
Being fortunate enough to travel extensively, we take the opportunities to comb the markets of Bangkok, Istanbul, Dubai and various wholesale markets in the UK and the US. We've amassed a collection of stunning precious and semi-precious gemstones of all shapes and sizes - from sapphires and rubies to topaz and pearls and almost everything in between.
We make jewelry to sell direct to customers as well as via boutiques, and we LOVE to make bespoke pieces for any occasion or outfit or special gift! So don't be shy, get in touch!
